Fifth Annual Training for Civil Society Organizations in Ramallah

We are pleased to invite you to attend the 5th Annual Civil Society Training in Ramallah, which provides an important forum for discussion on the issues of sexual and gender diversity in the Palestinian society and its intersections with our different social and  professional roles.

Three sessions will be held on Mondays, June 17-24, July 1 between 9 am and 1 pm.

Training Topics:

• Key concepts and terminology in sexual and gender diversity issues: sexual orientation, gender identity, biological sex, etc.

• Social violence and its impact on the individual and the family in Palestine.

• Social and political challenges of civil society organizations in the field of sexual and gender diversity.

The training is suitable for program managers, project coordinators, mental and social health professionals working in civil society organizations for women, youth and others. We also welcome activists from various social movements and groups, and lecturers at colleges and universities.
